RETURN POLICY

Product can be returned for 100% credit refund if returned within 30 days of purchase without any obligation and the title and risk of loss on such goods shall not pass to the customer until the expiration of the 30-day period. Products returned after 30 days of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be returned in the original packaging and are subject to inspection. No credit will be issued for product that we determine cannot be resold. Our Company will only pay return shipping cost if returned items were shipped in error.

Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from receipt of the order.

Each return should include a return authorization number. Please call our Customer Service Departmant at 1-877-659-2604 to obtain a return authorization number. Please have the invoice and date of purchase available when calling.
